Sharing your resolution
You can use the form below to share your resolution. When you share your resolution we will post it on the site. The information you share with us in the form below will be used for two purposes :
- on this site
- in a report to the project funders.

Keeping in touch – parental consent needed if you are under 16
You can also ask us to keep in touch every two months. We will send you an email to see how you are going with your resolution. You can reply to these emails if you would like. You can tell us how you are doing and how making a resolution has gone.
If you would like us to keep in touch, you will need to :
- fill in a valid email address below and confirm your date of birth
- if you less than 16 years old, you will need to get parental consent – that means make sure your parents say it is ok for us to email you as we have described above.
