If you are part of the Resolutions project you can get support making your resolution. This is through your school or youth group. The ones taking part in Resolutions at New Year 2025 are :

• Ackers Adventure in Small Heath
• Balsall Heath CATS
• Hamstead Hall Academy in Handsworth Wood
• Newbigin Community Trust in Winson Green
• Norton Hall Children and Family Centre in Saltley
• Open House CIC in Kings Norton.

Keeping in touch – parental consent needed if you are under 16

You can also ask us to keep in touch every two months. We will send you an email to see how you are going with your resolution. You can reply to these emails if you would like. You can tell us how you are doing and how making a resolution has gone.

2. if you less than 16 years old, you will need to get parental consent – that means make sure your parents say it is ok for us to email you as we have described above.
