Sharing your resolution

You can use the form below to share your resolution. When you share your resolution we will post it on the site. The information you share with us in the form below will be used for two purposes :

  1. on this site
  2. in a report to the project funders.

We won’t publish your name on the site or in the report to funders. Please see how we Use the Information You Share With Us

You do not have to share your name with us. Any publication of your Resolution on site or in the report to funders will not have your name attached.
If you would like us to keep in touch during 2025 with an email every 2 months to see how your Resolution is going, then please tell us your date of birth above and an email address you would like us to use below. If you are under 16 then your parent/guardian will need to give consent to you receiving these emails

If you are under 16 years old and want to keep in touch with us, then please tell us the name and address or email address of your parent/guardian so that we can make sure they consent to this.

Keeping in touch – parental consent needed if you are under 16

You can also ask us to keep in touch every two months. We will send you an email to see how you are going with your resolution. You can reply to these emails if you would like. You can tell us how you are doing and how making a resolution has gone.

If you would like us to keep in touch, you will need to :

  1. fill in a valid email address below and confirm your date of birth
  2. if you less than 16 years old, you will need to get parental consent – that means make sure your parents say it is ok for us to email you as we have described above.
